SAP Business One service pack and patch level testing for all new releases. Provide workarounds to SAP B 1 clients to cater customize requirements. Provide 3rd level support to SAP B1 clients in Pakistan, UAE, Kabul and KSA. Conduct ERP Audit of various clients including manufacturing, trading and service industry. Resolve issues of client locked support portal related to SAP B1 standard functionality. Identify root cause of issue and document it along with solution for future use..

SAP B1 Implementation Project: Implement SAP B1 currently successfully deployed Inventory, A/P, A/R, BP, Production and Financial Modules along with customized crystal reports. Implementing controls as per business process, designing PLDs, Crystal reports, UDF’s, New Forms, Numbering Series and provide training to users and resolving problems of users, user Creation and authorizations.

Redeployment of SAP B1, Business process re-engineering, Business Blueprint, Documentation, project milestones and provide training to junior staff with help of implementation partner. I monitor & worked on Sales – A/R, Purchasing – A/P, Banking (Out Going, Incoming Payment, Deposits, check register report & internal reconciliation), Inventory, Financials (Chart of Accounts) & Business partner master data.
