In the era of data and AI, we are together working on several projects to make the network more efficient and automatic by leveraging the power of data so that Telefonica O2 can focus on more business opportunities for exciting journey of its customers.

I am leading the DPI (deep packet inspection) transformation project in Turkcell which is the biggest operator of Turkey. Nokia is the integrator of Sandvine DPI products in Turkcell project. I am responsible for various task including technical project management and writing python solutions for 3rd party integrations. Please see position details in PDF version of my CV.

We are building together a new approach in CEM with a deeper customer insight with Huawei Smartcare Platform. We work with several departments in Turkcell like NOC, SQA, CORE, IMS and discuss their CEM requirements and decide on KPIs and KQIs that can be used for a better customer experience follow-up. Consulting Turk Telekom in the implementation and integration of CEM platform (especially Huawei Smartcare) and several network probes. Coordinating the internal customers for CEM requirements. Defining KPIs and KQIs that suits customer needs for better performance followup

I am responsible for quality and service assurance of PS Core network equipments. Analyzing performance metrics of data services and network equipments and making necessary decisions to improve network and service quality and defining new KPIs or KQIs to measure customer experience. I develope proactive solutions for a better data experience in PS CORE equipments. I have a siginificant role in optimization of packet core network.

I am PS Core senior engineer and I am responsible for operation and maintenance of packet core network equipments. I have experience in Huawei SGSN, GGSN, NSN SGSN, Ericsson GGSN, Ericsson SACC, Allot DPI, Camiant PCRF, IBM Netcool, IBM Tivoli, NSN Netact. I am directly involved in integration and configuration of different equipments to PS network. I also communicate with corporate customers to develope creative solutions to their mobility requirements

I was doing the integration, commissioning and configuration of Huawei PS core network equipments. These are SGSN, GGSN and PS firewall. I am experienced in 3G and 2G packet data service and technical details. I completed integration and commissioning of Vodafone Cyprus (Telsim) PS Core Network, Huawei ITU lab. I participated and supported several trial projects in all Turkey operators.

I have been giving technical support to Nortel's EMEA carrier customers in CVOIP and OAM technologies. I worked also in GSM Access and OAM support team for almost 1 year. I have been dealing with various technologies in my job such as unix ,AIX and win NT operating systems, oracle and sybase database structures, SUN hardwares, Nortel switch and routers. I was contacting customers directly and discussing with them to find solutions to the problems in their network
