 Working as a Senior RF consultant for Deutsche Telekom.  SPOC for Network Modernization Project ~2000+ 5G C-Band/N1 & LTE Sites.  Prepare strategies of power settings, neighbor relation, anchoring for new NR/LTE sites.  Modernization project plan preparation and approval from all stakeholders.  Responsible for KPI maintenance and acceptance of modernized site from client.  Part of benchmarking and competitor insight team (Umlaut P3) for Deutsche Telekom.

 Responsible for a Team of 16 RF Engineers to maintain improve SLA KPIs.  Direct interface for Client-Mobily for Technical queries and network maintenance.  Responsible to prepare, execute & follow-up for new features, formulas and strategies  Responsible for resolution and follow-up of VIP/CITC Customer Complaints.  Successfully Maintained and Improve KPIs and user experience through various features trials and optimization actions.

 Worked as Senior UMTS/LTE consultant for Mobily Network KPI improvement.  Successfully launched commercial LTE network delivery for Mobily.  Optimizing Data Experience of users by improving user throughputs for 3G/4G layers.  Radio Parameter Audits, Neighbor Audits, PSC Audits and PCI Audits.  New Radio Features/Optimization Parameters to improve Radio KPIs.

 Monitoring USR7/RAN10 KPIs and meeting the contracted KPIs.  Successfully launched HSPA service for Zain.  HSDPA & HSUPA rollout, testing and troubleshooting to achieve the throughput targets.  PS and HSPA performance improvement (Accessibility, Retainability and throughput).  Second frequency implementation in the Zain network.

 Monitoring the BSS/Cell/Carrier level statistics on daily basis using MARS and NHA.  GSM Area owner for daily optimization and improvement.  Benchmarking of activities like BSC migrations and sites re-parenting.  Successfully delivered rollout project in central region.  Complete responsibility of Motorola’s NHA tool that included Customer trainings and Support, Configuration & Maintenance of NHA.
