Process and tool optimization on series articles, as well as active process development on the machines and introduction of new processes into series production. Global technology transfer (Japan, UK, China)

Material development with end-to-end ownership of new product development. Formulation of plastic parts. Direct pilot projects and scaling, including processing unit optimisation. Promote best practices and champion change to drive cutting-edge research. Schedule, manage, and budget 6 cross-functional professionals. Coordinate with production, project management, and quality management for quality assurance.

 Main Responsibilities:  Formulation and preparation of Prewashing, Washing, Dyeing, Sizing and waste treatment chemicals.  Controlling the reactive continuous dyeing process.  Supervise and maintenance the Plug flow reactor.  Observe computerized feed back process system and take necessary action for high quality product.  Coordinating and scheduling of 40 personals.
