Led the development of SERS-based detection platforms for ultra-sensitive identification of industrial gases and pharmaceutical and environmental contaminants. Conducted analytical validation studies (sensitivity, selectivity, reproducibility, robustness) according to ICH Q2 principles in real-world matrices. Established a complementary research line on functionalized albumin nanoparticles and cyclodextrin-modified carriers for brain-targeted intranasal delivery of small-molecule drugs

Supervised more than 40 research projects in pharmaceutical analysis, nano-photocatalysis, environmental remediation and nanoparticle-based drug delivery using functional nanomaterials and membranes. Collaborated with pharmaceutical companies on bioequivalence studies and QC-oriented analytical methods, ensuring alignment with regulatory and industry standards. Led analytical method validation projects for BISORAT and CAPTO PLUS pharmaceutical products, including protocol development, and data analysis.
