I am positioned as manager of one of the institution's program. My job is to plan, execute and evaluating the program. I am also functioning as leader and mentor of the program members.

I was teaching high school students. It has improved my english much better, especially its grammar. It has also given me a great teaching experience: how to transfer knowledge effectively.

I was teaching kids how to use english. It's more a problem of how to handle a kids class rather than a high knowledge of english. Then, the main point is how to handle them well.

I was positioned as mechanical technician. My job was mainly related to maintenance, steel construction, and electricity.
