Worked on research problem on how to rank daily news given a huge news collection(GDelt, STICS) and Wikipedia. Goal is to cluster similar news articles in a day, canonicalize them to a Wikipedia Page and use varied features to rank them precisely and efficiently(Modeling Event Importance for Ranking Daily News Events accepted in WSDM'17 conference). Secondly, to find out why and how do event pages in Wikipedia lag or lead the news and emergence of entity pages in Wikipedia(WebScience'15).

Understand the design of the application and automate the testing. Automation of UI test cases using RFT and Selenium. Automation of various workflows using RFT and QTP. Automation of Regression testing using RFT. Create documentation of the automation. Responsible for product delivery in each phase of the life cycle. Managing team members and their activities. File and track bugs, prioritizing the task of automation and tests.

Part of a team responsible for development of fiery JDF product suite features with very stringent quality control guidelines pertaining to defects using C++. As an scrum team member also responsible for helping in test and test automation. Single point of contact for Phase2 fiery JDF engine support. Active participation in feature / module requirement gathering workshops for better customer satisfaction.

As a developer was responsible to implement features for automated courier delivery system.
