+Translate business and feature requirements into technical design. +Provide expert knowledge of application and system architecture at all levels. Provide guidance throughout the development process to ensure code is developed to specification. +Lead small to mid-size project teams through full lifecycle including technical assessments, package evaluation, technical design, development, knowledge transfer, launch and support.

+Analyze, design, coordinate and supervise the development of software systems to form a basis for the solution of information processing problems. +Solves complex, analytical problems independently or by guiding other individuals in generating innovative solutions. +Lead daily stand-ups and scrum ceremonies for two scrum team. +Be the go to person for the software engineering team.

+ Design, develop and modify modules based on functional and system requirements. + Work closely with the Team Leader, Business Analyst for understanding the functional and system requirements. + Aid testers and support personnel as needed to determine system problems. + Document code consistently throughout the development process.
