As an Operations Manager at Rivafy (connect) Germany GmbH, I contributed in building a key problem solver tool for Cross Border to ease out selling across Non-European markets from EU which reduces the long and lengthy paperwork and time for declarations of the goods. Additionally I lead daily UTR and OTR operations, oversee inbound/outbound logistics, handle escalations, and drive strategic improvements in supply chain performance with a lead role to both the CRM and Order management teams.

Set up and operated a new Amazon 'Heavy & Bulky' Sort Centre in LUHARI, overseeing a team of {100} employees. Managed operations, transportation fleet, warehouse escalations. Implemented Kaizen practices, increasing seller pickup points by 100% from 60 to 120 with the same resources with in a time span of 1 year. Maintained MIS for daily tracking of vehicles and routes, handling 120 vehicles daily which includes both Inbound & Outbound. Improved reverse and return shipment logistics.

Coordinated inbound and outbound shipments for 90 vehicles daily. Supervised a team of 50, ensuring successful connections to over 30 hubs across North India within 12 hours. Enabled the sort center to achieve {99%} productivity. Successfully managed the inbound and outbound flow of 4,000+ H&B shipments during peak seasons without disconnections. Secured a promotion to Site Lead Operations by elevating operational excellence by {25%} by adept leadership and process optimization.
