Presently working as Technical Manager for SAP OTC Track. Responsible for all the Sales related development, Configurations, business discussions etc. Presently, completed the the system implementation where HCL Technologies Sweden took over the Volvo External customer business.

Worked as SAP SD Consultant. Got a good exposure of Customer facing role. Responsibilities included the Implementation of SAP SD Module. As a part of implementation project, involved in Requirement gathering, Business blueprinting, GAPS identification, Realisation, GO-Live and post go-live support. It was a very enriching experience.

It was primarily a Production support profile. Responsibilities included Production support to the Wockhardt's domestic business, Ticket Solving, MIS development for SCM department, Distributors(CFA) training for new Reports/developments.

As a Management Trainee I was involved in promoting the product among Institutional Customers. Responsibilities included identifying new Institutional customers, Ensuring the timely collection of payments, Ensuring the timely delivery of the products.
