• Support in Product Portfolio Management and development of innovative products • Development of new product as per the customer requirement E.g.: Craft beer, Energy Drinks, Fruit Drinks, Ice lollies etc. • Team planning and co-ordination of project activities for timely completion of the project • Timely communication with sales, operations and projects managers • Co-ordination and support to production for scale-up of the products • Basic CIU (cost in unit) calculation for developed products

• Experimental data curing and report generation • Cultivation & fermentation of recombinant, high cell density yeast and bacterial cultures • Microbiological and Biochemical analysis of fermentation broth • Protein analysis using Chromatography methods, SDS-PAGE and Western Blot • Handling, calibration and preparation of SOPs for various laboratory instruments

•Solid state fermentation of cocoa beans, drying and analysis of dried cocoa beans •Centrifugation, homogenization, microfiltration of fermented and unfermented material •High performance liquid Chromatography analysis of fermented and unfermented material for sugars, organic acids, proteins etc. •Spectrophotometric analysis, enzyme assays & analysis of phenolic content of samples •Maintenance and preservation of bacterial and yeast cultures using lyophilisation
