Working as a Trainer for Eishtec on key assignments such as induction and client specified projects. Supporting an approach based upon the principle that the best results and decisions come from the best, most meaningful insight available; helping ensure optimal performance in customer service and sales operations.

Primarily working as a sales agent for mobile phone contracts as well as upselling additional products, while also providing a high level of customer service. I also regularly worked at an SME capacity, coaching my own team members in areas in which they are having difficulty, and partaking in training classes in their on the job portion of training.
