Responsible for all aspects of product-design, -development and -engineering, manufacturing engineering, plant and equipment maintenance for a manufacturer of commercial casework, home office and residential cabinetry. Implemented ERP and PDM system during major restructuring of the company, which also included change to make-to-order and re-engineering of all product lines. Held shop floor, operations and project management positions with upwards of 100 indirect reports and several managers.

Officer of the company responsible for all aspects of the operation including manufacturing, production control, international supply chain, quality assurance and engineering. Worked with international designers on a product line overhaul and increased functionality of products. Held full P&L and budgeting responsibilities.

Responsible for product data management and product costing with a team of up to 5 support staff. Established effective product costing models based on variable and activity based costs. Implemented a parametric ERP System for streamlined order processing of an increasingly complex set of product lines. Responsible for holding wide product and data standardization throughout Germany and Czechoslovakia based manufacturing facilities.

Worked as engineering intern in all technical departments of the company, to include purchasing, production control, product engineering and manufacturing engineering.
