Promoted to this position to carry out quality tasks and finance related activites. Quality tasks included activities such as as auditing, reporting and data anlysis, investigations of serious incidents, and root cause analysis. The Finance tasks where related to financial management, financial mangement process creation, budgeting & controlling, and the Management Accounting System creation. I also was a shift management support when needed.

The position was carrying out quality related activities such as auditing, reporting, data analysis, process improvement, document editing, QMS management. I also did some shift management support when needed which inovlved acting like a shift supervisor for that period of time. i was also still caryrying out an operational role as Load Control Agent which involves creating aircraft load document to enable the aircraft to fly.During a time of staff shortage, I also did capacity planning.
