Living a product such as Docusnap requires a lot of communication, inspiration and of course: joy. I‘m really glad to be able to not only support our product development but also by planning content, videos and presentations with inspiration and hands-on experience. Of course, the most important focus remains the customer satisfaction - a goal that keeps giving.

Together with a great team, I am sustaining and developing a network of strong partners to distribute docusnap, the leading IT & network documentation software.

I do awesome stuff with awesome people, tweaking workflows and business processes in the cloud using the Salesforce CRM.
