During my time at Virgin I worked in a fast paced, challenging environment. I had monthly targets to adhere to driven by a competitive team structure. The role involved hard-selling and plenty of face-to-face contact with current members and potential members. Rapport building was essential in being successful as the role required me to develop leads from several sources including cold-calls and outside marketing.
