Manager of 4-5 teams in the Katowice Service Delivery Centre of PwC. Responsible for the performance and development of 50-70 individuals. Providing wide range of audit related business support services – from Planning to Closing, from Risk Assessment to Test of Details and Financial Statements review – to our internal clients, the Assurance Departments of PwC network. In FY’15 had the chance to support the Europe &Swiss Territory in Quality Assurance while year–end closing period.

Aim of the project was Tax remediation activities re; FATCA regulatory compliance - tax form collection for historical years (2010-13) and corresponding CIP (Customer Identification Program, KYC) profile creation. My role was to ensure quality and provide with creative solutions to have a structured and consistent final package of deliverables. Client was the HSBC Global Asset Management (USA) Inc. which was record fined by US Authorities in late 2012 due to lack of proper regulatory compliance.

As a Training Team Lead part of the Cemex EMEA Implementation Team. Responsible for project planning, coordination of training logistics and materials, quality assurance of training program held for final users of SAP (Germany, Poland, Ireland, Croatia, Spain) Continuous support in the outsourcing process to the Budapest based SSC.

AIESEC internship program on the Financial Department (International Transactions) of the Greek Post during the interesting ‘€-introduction’ period.
