ADAS Function development for Software Defined Vehicle (SDV 1.0) architecture for the Volkswagen Group. • Requirements management and Elicitation for frontal-facing ADAS features (AEB, AES, etc.) • Elicitation of Functional Safety Concept (FSC) as per ISO 26262

Implementation of proof of concept of an ADAS feature with Motar platform, by adhering to ISO 26262 functional safety. Developed Blind Spot Monitoring feature using Bosch MRR Radar. 1) Scope down on the ADAS features (Levels 0-5) that are possible to be developed with Motar and choose one feature for the Proof of Concept. 2) Validation of developed feature by HIL testing. Hands-on experience with interfacing and integrating perception sensors with ECUs by leveraging common bus systems (CAN,Ethernet).

Design Engineer on tool - PTC Creo, for design modifications of steam turbines for Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Ltd. Key Skills learnt - 1) Top-down and Bottom-up approach in modelling, 2D drafting. 2) Detailed 3D modelling process in PTC Creo along with theoretical understanding of Steam turbines. 3) CRM techniques

1) Training on fundamental concepts of Mechanical Engineering - GD&T, Thermodynamics, Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Drawing Creatiion, PDLC/ PLM Concepts, IOT & 3D printing. 2) Modelling tools - Solidworks, Creo, Siemens NX, Ansys 3) Hands on - CNC/ CAM, Machining, Welding and Fabrication 4) Project - Checking the health of a three-phase induction motor to prevent failure and subsequently passing on the obtained results to the cloud.

Project - Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing principles to reduce the NSTR (non- straight through ratio) of a gearbox assembly line for improving efficiency thereby cutting down production cost. Key skills learnt - 1) Study and observation of machining, assembly and production lifecycle of the various geraboxes used in Renault Nissan cars. 2) Product Lifecycle Management, Gearbox testing and On-Road testing. 3) Six Sigma techniques, Kaizen and Quality Check/ Inspection.

• Technical Paper Presentation - develop and design a 650-800 cc adventure tourer bike for Indian market. • Hands-on assembly and disassembly training on 2- and 4-stroke petrol/ diesel engines. • Course included basics of automobile engineering, automotive electronics, NHV, IOT and Machine learning implementation in vehicles.
