VW WIVA PROJECT - Wolfsburg ( as Solution Architect - April 2013 - Until Now) VPM, 3DCOM, CATIA BMW AIDA Project - Munich ( as Solution Architect - July 2011 Until March 2013)

Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting and debugging system application to support company manufacturing business, also determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data.

Implementing and supporting retail and logistic system for company retailer client throughout central and Eastern Europe, base in client headquarter in Czech Rep., together with team members setting up a central support helpdesk to support day-to-day operational issues and implementing a custom module solution for client business requirement.

Having start with the company from the beginning, I was involved in all company’s IT project, started as a helpdesk officer; I established company network infrastructure and support corporate hardware and software requirement. As the company grows, I am being promoted and responsible for System Development Manager for Enterprise Resource Planning system and also company core business in telecommunication billing system.

As a programmer in software Consultant Company, I am being assigned to several clients with a different business requirement and also different software package. Together with team members we implemented custom made software packages and provide and after sales support, this also include setting up client system infrastructure, user training and hardware and software maintenances.
