Executive Director • Responsible for the startup and development of the integrated business include the management of 500 employees, Operations Startup, Staffing, Legal Working Permits, Technology Transfer from Japan, UK and China, Production Control, Materials Management, Quality and Safety, Human Resources, Finance and Information Technology.

• Responsible for the overall Company Operations in terms of Profit, Sales, Production, Quality, Procurement, Human Resources and Logistics.

• Plan, organize and coordinate all Production Operations, Production Staff, Maintenance Team and Logistics to meet the customer’s requirements in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.

• Research and identify the best internal and external suppliers for equipments, raw materials and materials, in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery.

• Leading and coordinating a 10 welder’s team according to the production plan and schedule.
