 Conducted user needs and system analysis for TAFICS&BOTAŞ network projects, aligning solutions with client requirements.  Performed system requirement and functional analysis, and designed systems following engineering principles, utilizing PLM tools (DOORS) for requirements management.  Developed system‐level test plans, test procedures, ensuring thorough testing and V&V.  Organized SDH & DWDM network maintenance training for customers, and resolved Optical & RF transmission network issues.

 Ensured network stability and availability for High‐Speed Train and Metro projects by managing SDH and DWDM networks.  Identified and resolved network faults, collaborating with the Thales Espana Railway maintenance center to address root causes and enhance system reliability.  Developed and executed verification and validation activities, and created physical architecture designs, leveraging advanced knowledge in railway, transportation, signalization, and telecommunication systems.

 Lead teams in the installation, maintenance, and operation of SDH, DWDM, and RF transmission systems, ensuring network stability and adherence to SLA timelines.  Planned and executed transmission network designs, managing the implementation and ongoing maintenance of these solutions.  Designed and integrated IP and optical networks using Nokia (ALU) and Huawei SDH & DWDM equipment, following system engineering principles.
