Working as Cisco UC Engineer in Central IT department of Frei University Berlin. I am part of UC team of Frei university and my responsibility is to complete the voice/video projects within university. My role includes deployment, Installation and configuration as well as support the project. Done many projects like migration of Pri to SIP trunk with Deutsch Telekom. And other projects like clustering of collab edge (Expressway C & E), clustering of IMP for persistent chat and Cisco Jabber MRA.

Working as Senior UC Engineer in support team of Wateen Solutions . Lead Cisco UC /Collaboration Projects ,Deployments, Support . Support Engineer at PITB UCCX and DHA UC system BE6000. Deployment of Asterisk based CC in Wateen Telecom. Video Endpoints TMS, Cisco Spark kit, DX series ,EX Series, CMS, Expressway (E & C) , Cisco Webex, Cisco Unity, Cisco IM & Presence and Cisco Jabber. Troubleshoots major telephony issues. This includes troubleshooting circuits, hardware/software issues.

Lead Deployments of UC projects. Key responsibility was to complete projects smoothly and meet the dead lines. Deployment / Configuration as per LLD.PAT (Project Acceptance Test) for completed project. Coordinate with customer to meet project goals. Deployment of Huawei TP3106-70 Immersive Telepresence. Memotech Routers at CAA (Civil Aviation) for RADAR site serial connectivity, POTS Telephony Connectivity of All sites with Aggregated Site.
