Organize and lead Engineering team (Hardware, Software, Electro-mechanical and Testing) according to development needs, to Lead design reviews and decide for any technical conflicts/choices between D&D contributors (SW, HW, ME, PCB), OEMs and suppliers

Responsible for staffing and leading High power HW team Leading a group of HW High power design engineers Coordinator of the design engineers and part of the strategic plan Investigate, propose, and manage new product development efforts or product updates from HW point of view. Interface with other departments & management to communicate status of projects. Analyze technology, resource needs, and project demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

High power engineering representative Support industrialization of High power automotive products (battery chargers, Battery monitoring sensors.) Follow-up of products launch and prototypes manufacturing for engineering and provide with needed support in order to meet project timing according to program millstones. Participate with High Power Hardware engineering team in technical evaluation of product changes. Support quality department to improve process KPIs.

HW design for electronic boards that manage the electrical distribution system of Airbus A350XWB aircraft Review and validation of specifications. Development of test procedures Development of test benches HW design and verification of electronic boards that manages the SSL (Search and Landing Light) electronic system (Search and Landing Light) for Helicopter Euro copter.
