Responsibilities: • Handled and onboarded the privileged accounts into CyberArk, and updated the master policies, access controls and configurations to facilitate PAM operations. • Performed Provisioning/de-provisioning of access using Active Directory. • Performed vulnerability patching of CyberArk component servers on a monthly basis. • Monitored the account activity alerts and reported or locked any suspicious activity. • Investigated and Troubleshot the CyberArk components issue(CPM, PVWA, PSM, Vault).
