• Make complete installation of Cloud Data Centre infrastructure for the Government of Pakistan. • The project cost worth more than Rs. Three Hundred Million (300 M). • Organized the Huawei & VMWare Product Training for the Customer (Government of Pakistan). • Manage the relationship with the client and all Stakeholders. • Perform risk management to minimize project risks. • Developing project scope and objectives, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

• Coordination with Management Team for Content Management. • Organizing team meetings regarding web portal of Pakistan Government. • Volumetric Analysis of all Ministries/Divisions for Electronic Office Application Project. • Weekly updates on Project Management Module. • Generating maintenance reports on weekly and monthly basis. • Conduct seminars for awareness of Electronic Office Application.

• Coordination with Pakistan Telecom Authority (PTA) & Frequency Allocation Board (FAB) to maintain signal/frequency data. • Conduct meeting with Telecom Stakeholders (internal and external) management for better performance. • Idea about Noting, Letters, also its types according to the Government Procedures.

• Deliver training sessions, one on one and in groups. • Periodically evaluate training materials effectiveness. • Conduct exhibitions and seminars for the promotion and awareness of 3G wireless technologies. • Designing presentations, writing reports and market research of CDMA industry in Pakistan, Afghanistan and CIS region. • Creation and maintenance of Telecom industry’s news database and reports for Afghanistan & CIS region.

• Establish LAN Environment for more than 100 users with the following servers & services: o Windows 2000 Active Service Directory o Daemon Mail Server o CC Proxy Server o Ports Forwarding o Configuring local page for gateway use • Remote and manual troubleshooting of LAN.

• Maintain and update NADRA website using Dream weaver. • Worded on frames using MS Front page. • Style Sheets implemented for contents and picture configuration. • Used HTML for manual editing.
