Evaluating, documenting and improving execution of program afterwards. Setting up a social network with events and weekly classes, conceptualizing new events based on interests of ISPY members.

Developed, implemented and administered a musical education project with a focus on language skills enhancement for public daycares, pre-schools and kindergarden in Dresden, Germany. Networking between municipal institutions / departments and the Univeresity of Music Dresden. Staffed and led a team of 4 professional voice teachers. Solely responsible for all of the above as well as Fundraising and Documentation of the program.
