- Maintaining relation between various stakeholders within the company activity: shareholders, clients, leads, service providers etc; - Maintaining profitability within the agreed range; - General management and supervision of company activities; - Identifying and recruiting of young talents; - Salary negotiations; - Coaching and mentoring employees; - Financial mid and long term planning;

- Identifying client requirements; - Approving plans and specifications for projects; - Delivering work to a high standard of client satisfaction whilst ensuring profitability; - Estimating effort, labour costs and project timescales; - Project management, supervising and coordinating the work of outside contractors and subcontractors; - Writing reports and giving presentations to stakeholders; - Involvement in the planning, implementing and designing of projects;
