- Recruitment of professionals from Purchasing & Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service - Training and consulting on different recruitment related topics (passing interviews, using social networks, identifying the right companies, using apropriate search tools, etc) - Project management and consulting for different HR related projects with our clients: e.g. Advice and administration of training budgets, working as in-house recruiter, puting in place recruitement procedures and processes and choosing apro

• Staff management (recruiting new employees for the branch, motivating and supervising the training for the existing ones) • Supporting and improving the sales activity of the branch, focused on the client target group – corporate clients; • Coordinating the day to day activity of the branch • Supporting the process of default loan recovery • Approving loans as part of the credit committee according to the approval level (currently in maternity leave since February 2010)

Support for lending personnel in the branches in Eastern Region of Romania and Bucharest in every aspect (e.g. sales,financial analysis); Recruiting and training new loan officers, training of existing ones; Developing new products and Lending Procedures; Developing Marketing tools; Approving loans

• Promoting the products of the bank and developing the micro and agriculture loan portfolio through direct promotion and networking • Financial analysis related to the specific loan application • Ensuring that the loans are recovered according to the payment plan
