- Researcher in the Institute of Latin American Studies of the Freie Universität Berlin under the German Chancellor Fellowship, a scholarship program of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation. - Project theme: development of long term financing for Brazilian infrastructure projects - learning from the German experience and building international cooperation.

- Financial and economic valuation modeling, discounted cash flow and multiples analysis, industry screening and company studies, pitch materials and contract negotiation; - Active participation in all steps of an M&A transaction: company valuation, elaboration of teasers, information memorandum and other materials, submission of non-binding offers, due diligence supervision, SPA (Sales and Purchase Agreement) negotiation and closing;

- Responsible for M&A execution. - Responsible for contact with investors, potential buyers and funding agencies. - Experience in IPO deals, fairness opinion and valuation reports, mergers & acquisitions and fund raising projects. - Responsible for administrative and controlling activities, such as HR management, legal, accounting and shareholders' matters.

- Sales and commercial area for fixed and mobile telecommunication networks division. - Activities included contract negotiation, commercial proposals, project cash flow valuation and financial analysis.

- Equity research department covering the telco industry. - Financial and economic valuation modeling, stock recommendations for the bank portfolio and clients (sell side) and market analysis for the telco industry.
