-Developed a variable tandem repeat finder and visualization tool to be used by biologists for National University of Singapore and Singapore General Hospital. -Developed a feature selection algorithm for computer-aided angle closure glaucoma mechanism detection. -Developed a pipeline to be used by Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) for sequence assembly, single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) calling and gene annotation.

Developed 2 database projects for the Bank of Nova Scotia in accordance to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) 610 and 1003 reporting scheme.
