My major responsibilities have been to perform specific tests on developing software products to confirm their correct functionality and in case of bugs, report them to software developers. I also manage ECT internal and customer related tickets and have to get them resolved within deadlines. The testing of software is carried out by first writing test cases and then executing them in a particular manner to ensure smooth functionality of our products.

Provisioning & after sales technical support of DOUBLE PLAY (PSTN+BROADBAND), TRIPLE PLAY (PSTN+BB+IPTV), QUAD PLAY (PSTN+BB+IPTV+IP CAMERA) services, leading a technical team of CPE Installers with other supporting team members, looking after Customer Services, Fault management, and designing and implementing new strategies in order to increase customer satisfaction and timely complaint resolution.

One year internship program where I spent my time in different departments including Geographical Information System (GIS), Quality Assurance, and Broadband and IPTV Operations.
