Working with customers and director to define projects, deliverables, resource requirement, estimates and deadlines to build products ahead of their competition using latest technologies Managing a team of software engineers and external resources to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Work with partners to identify the technology each partner is interested in, set the goals and how to achieve these goals. Recruited a contractor to support Integrating and bringing up CSR technology into a selected handset and modify the Android source tree to work with the new hardware. The handset and code base is used across the company as a demo platform for new technologies. CSR was showing the demo platform and use cases at MWC 2011.

Responsible for supporting automotive customers with their projects on using CSR products, suggesting solution and work-around for some issues to bug fixing on SDKs. This also included training customers to use the development IDE and customer visits During this time, I was responsible for developing 2 automotive SDKs based on CSR Bluelab development environment and running on the multimedia chips.

Responsible for porting the Bluetooth HCI testing libraries to the new system with rewriting some parts. The testing system is written using TCL/Expect scripting languages with binary tools written in C/C++ to communicate with the Bluetooth chips. Responsibility was extended to add required functionality and bug fixing to the host tools.

Responsible in developing and testing of automation test solutions, the team was spread across 3 continents and 2 companies that work on implementing the new requirements into the system, maintain and fix the project. The implementation was spread across C#, win32/COM+ C++, and RTX C for windows.
