Responsible for executing the delivery of the customer Deployment and Adoption Experience for Office 365 / EMS / Windows 10 products - Provide guidance for Customers to help onboard organization to M365 and maintain M365 service consumption. - Lead a set of Microsoft 365 customers and partners through the Onboarding technical process - Remediate customer environment for M365 workloads onboarding. - Responsible for migrating customer data (Exchange on-prem or SharePoint On-prem) to M365.

Administering Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business Environment for Vodafone Group and Subsidiaries (more than 300,000 users) with the most updated integrated technologies including (Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange and System Centre Operations Manager (SCOM) • Handling Incidents, Service Requests, Enterprise voice issues, Changes and Monitoring alarms. • Responsible for monitoring and reporting service health for the system and handling Monitoring Alarms on SCOM to provide proactive support.

 Maintain, operate and support 24*7 all desktop systems in VIS department.  Design, build and deploy software packages using CMD and SCCM  Implement the latest technologies and methodologies.  Implementing MDT servers with the latest images.
