Leading RF designs and characterization for FRITZ! Products that ranges from WIFI to LTE/5G through DECT and DOCSIS. Developing Wireless measurement systems for cross functional teams. Analyzing production Data. Solving several production problems that arises from test fixture, PCBA, and mechanical issues. Taking responsibility for designing non commercial RF components to reduce cost and to increase integration without degrading any performance. Coaching colleuges to implement the new designed components.

Designed several Broadband RF Power Amplifiers for highly efficient applications with different circuit techniques . The power ranges from 10W to 120W through 50W.
