As a Project Manager I'm responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project the Major S/W projects of the Egyptian Telecommunication Companies Telecom Egypt and Telecom Egypt . I'm also responsible for making decisions which should make sure they control risk and minimize uncertainty. I'm also managing a team of Project Coordinators who assist me in managing the projects.

As a Client Service Manager I represent an integrated role in helping customers meet their strategic objectives while working closely with the CxO levels. While the position does not report to license sales, it offers an invaluable source of customer intelligence and opportunities to the Key Account Team.

As a consultant I was responsible of delivering Configuration and Performance assessments that help in diagnosing and improving Oracle environment , beside delivering Knowledge Transfers to Oracle EMEA customers.

As an Oracle Developer I was responsible for developing both Onshore and offshore projects for Oil & Gas Companies

The degree is a Master of Science in Technology Management developed in collaboration with University of Miami and minnesota University

Specialization is Computer Science with Minor courses in Management
