Working in the Enterprise Support organization as a customer advocate for the Enterprise level customers. In which I am extending the Customer’s team to AWS and being their voice within Amazon Web Services. My day-to-day job is to provide assistance to the customer through different means like: customer’s architecture review, project planning and launch, ongoing operational issues and helping them to maximize their cost/operational efficiency.

Working as a DevOps profile with more focus into applications’ environments setup and preparations. Building and maintaining the CI/CD pipelines of the applications for the DACH region within the company. Along with that supporting the Oracle database related activities referencing those applications and helping the Application developers to introduce Performance enhancements whenever possible.

- Profiling the resources utilization of core modules using built in OS and DB instrumentation and 3rd party products - Addressing performance issues and plan for the stability of both front-end and back-end modules to be within agreed KPI ranges - Designing Infrastructure solutions for Ericsson IT systems (SAN, VMs, Georedundancy..etc) - Establishing highly available systems using the latest technologies (Ex. RAC, DataGuard, GoldenGate..etc)

Managing many mission critical Oracle databases (+200 DB) with the latest technologies like Oracle RAC and ASM. In addition to that administering and managing many Weblogic application servers. I was administering the Enterprise-BI DB running on Exadata engineered solution. In which I went through 4 full upgrade/patching cycles and 2 expansion projects. I have administered many of the Exadata versions (V2, X2-2 & X4-2) in terms of daily maintenance, monitoring and regular patching.

Worked as database administrator in VAS (outsourced in Vodafone Egypt), administering many mission critical Oracle databases and application servers systems with the latest and advanced features. - Install, configure & tune Oracle databases. - Patching and upgrading Oracle databases. - Install, configure, deploy & tune Oracle Weblogic. - Administering, maintaining and cloning Oracle E-Business Suite 11i - On-call support. - Managing DB security and users profiles.

Worked as Oracle administrator and HP-UX administrator for SAP system running on OS cluster. - Worked as Oracle administrator and HP-UX administrator. - Create & manage backup and recovery procedures. - Working with SAP-Help team as SAP Admin - mainly for user access management and privileges.
