Designing an intelligent system" Smartii-act" based on Machine Learning algorithms for the purpose of enhancing factories' EnMS policies to reduce electrical energy consumption, and optimizing their energy usage during the blackout periods. | Development environment : Google Colab.

• Developing and maintaining the QCS system (Quality Control System), based on Honeywell MeasureX station. • Maintaining and assuring the good running of the STEP Station's regulation loops and its security loops (for Biogas Co-Generation purpose). • Controlling and supervising all factory running equipment using a Valmet DCS. • Preparing and calibrating regulation equipment: Transmitters, valves, Positioners, A/D signal converters, P/I converters.. • Installing, calibrating, troubleshooting ATEX equipment.

• Sizing, conception and realization of a 1.4 MWc Solar photovoltaic power plant connected to the grid (on roof) with collaboration of INGETEAM and Africa Green Energy. • Intervening and supervising the electrical energy power plant generation and its inversion process. • Designing and Installation the factory outside lighting architecture using photovoltaic street luminaires. • Supervising the cooling storage system (ice-Batt) and ensuring the well synchronizing within the solar PV power plant.
