• Responsible for network & security implementation, operation, and management of Flexible Engine Public Cloud to provide IAAS based on OpenStack. • Manage large scale Infrastructure consists of 4 availability zones (France, Amsterdam, Singapore, and Atlanta). • cooperation with R&D team using Jira to release new Network features on production, track issues & bugs, and generating real-time performance reports.

• Responsible for the implementation, operation and management of Flexible Engine Shared Cloud network and security infrastructure. • Took ownership of operational incidents and handled escalations to development teams, as needed. • Trace the route cause of generated alarms by operation monitoring tools and recover them. • Troubleshooting network and security Iaas issues such as VPC, VPN, VPC peering, security groups, Fwaas, and Lbaas.

• Works in multiple simultaneous projects to implement new technologies and configuration in conjunction with other Network/security groups. • Manage and implement complex new changes as part of a project implementation or execute new normal, non-standard, and routine changes (LAN and WAN). • Perform various new migrations or new device implementations (switches, routers…). • Serves as a technical consultant on divisional network projects.

#Job responsibilities: -Supporting leased lines & MPLS VPN issues of Enterprise Customers. -Installation & configuration of customers’ premises (SHDSL modems, TDM modems, E1 converts and CE/CPE routers). -Configuring SHDSL local loop terminations on ATM and IP DSLAM’s (Alcatel, Huawei). -Work on different DSLAMs (HUAWEI 5100, 5103, 5600, MSAN, and ZTE). -Configuring and troubleshooting MPLS L2 & L3 VPN on PE. -Troubleshooting on routing protocols bet. CE-PE (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP…)

• Provides first-level technical support for customers all over the world on Dell supplied hardware products, and peripherals. • Identifies and resolves issues affecting customer client machines. • Uses troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify technical defects/issues. • Actively supports the customer in all aspects through to problem resolution, keeping the customer informed and updated throughout life of incident.
