Working as freelancer in IT & Network solutions, which my responsibilities were Network devices & Datacenter’s equipment installations, expansions, maintenance, Support, Testing & troubleshooting

•Supporting NOC team During Network operation and maintenance. •Supervising Quality Team during Network Monitoring and routine maintenance. •Determine the Risks in the Network and how can be avoided to confirming network availability to be more than (99.99%). •Provide solutions to enhance the network performance •Making the needed training & knowledge sharing event to enhance the team’s technicality (NOC team, customer services team, etc.) •Confirm the technical parts of any new contracts.

• Support product & sales team to provide new technologies & solutions which match customer strategy & future plans. • Provide support and create salutations for any technical problem may happen during the project execution. • Make needed technical reporting (for problems, new case, new solution…etc.) • Manage Technical Team & support execution team during project execution.

• Test new equipment & new technology with customer. • Install any new or unseal equipment until test it and train rollout team • Support rollout team in project launching steps (installing & commission & acceptance …etc.) • Support material contract team • Support customer O&M in maintenance, operation problems

• Confirm the installation plan with customer. • Make time plan for all action until finish the project (confirm End to End delivery). • Coordinate our resources (stuff & subcontractors) to achieve plan. • Mange all sites actions until get it PAC (Preliminary Acceptance).

• Managing subcontractors in all actions (delivery, installation …etc.) for every site • Making all technical action in site (commission, acceptance …etc.) • Support customer O&M team in operation & maintenance • Working in flowing equipment & technologies: - Routers & Switches: NE80E, ME60 & S9312, S303, S8505 - Access : MA5800, MA5600, MA5600T, MA5603T, MA5608T, MA5616, UA5000, MSAN, DSLAM, Voice (H248 & SIP), ADSL, VDSL, GPON, G.Fast, leased Line , Metro Ethernet. - Management Server: U2000, N2510

• Manage customer complain to confirm end to end support. • Manage TEData Network to confirm no problems (faulty, utilization …etc.) may not detected by Network team. • Second level support for all ISP services (DSL, Static IP, Email, Domain, Hosting …etc.).

• Survey & Design for telecommunication copper & Fiber cables projects. • Make fiber splicing & confirm path quality for the Passive Network infrastructure.
