Joined “Mayadeen” and had the responsibility of developing operations, enhancing communications with related parties; Banks, law firms, investment houses, consultants, contractors, investors and brokers.  Outsourcing investment opportunities (different sectors & industries) with a focus on Egypt, Turkey and the UAE – Real-Estate, Oil & Gas, Investment Houses & Brokerage, Healthcare and foodstuff, etc.  The Real Challenge was securing project finance with a total sum of US$ 670 million.

 Company start-up.  Conducting all Islamic finance instruments and services.  Heading Leasing & Finance.  All Marketing activities.  Business Development- Company & group level.

 Analyzing & valuating credit profile for both corporate and individuals.  Training, guiding & supervising credit team.  Handling related marketing activities.  Designing promotional campaigns and all related Activities.  Public relation activities with both suppliers and clients.  Analyzing customer requirements for future products.  Monitor progress of sales team and maintain motivation.  Conduct performance plan, review annual appraisal for all subordinates.
