• Contributing to customer success by executing outbound calls and responding to requests from external customers relating to Accounts Receivable related inquiries. • Supporting timely billing of customers as well as timely collection of payments, processing write-offs and recoveries. • Using workflow and ERP tools to document customer requests and issue resolutions. • Referring unresolved issues to the appropriate area, (Dispute Resolution, Account Owners, etc.)

• Supporting clients from the EMEA region (mail/phone) with their technical and accounting related issues. • Allocating tickets to the right person or department. • Use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (as the main ERP and CRM tool), Helpdesk and the software TeamViewer itself. • Working alongside Retention, Finance and Sales department.

One week working at a Documentary Engineer company as a high school internship. My main task was to classify bank documents.

Two semesters studying with more than 10 different nationalities together from different continents and backgrounds but with the same objective, learning about business in an international environment, discovering different ways of working and gaining international experience. This program offered a wide variety of business courses and activities.

This course aims to train professionals to work in the world of business, and in particular in departments or units related to economic relations and international business. Their competences will enable them to identify and anticipate international market opportunities, assign resources in a global context, manage information, and contribute to decision making in order to achieve the objectives of the institution where they work.

Graduated in 2015 with honorific mention, reward given to a limited number of students with an outstanding academic record.
