- Designed 3D part models of GATE, check and Globe valves for our client L&T Valves Limited using PTC Creo software. - Supported Model Based Definition and ANARK conversion of 3D models.

- Performed quality check using 5S Systems, Kaizen Practices, 2 BIN System, 5 Why analysis and 8D Logical interference during the entire product development life-cycle. - Tested wiring harness before the assembly process using Crimp Cross Section analysis machine and Load testing machine. - Prepared the Bill of material and quotation of the product with help of product specification chart. - Monitored the manufacturing requirement using ERP software.

- Completed all tasks set by the supervisor such as, documentation of information collected during routine maintenance, servicing and repair work at the service centre. - Compiling reports and delivering presentations to staff members and other stakeholders. - Observing existing strategies and techniques and offering suggestions for improvement.
