Support IT Team Lead for planning, deploying, maintaining, and installing Citrix Infra and Virtual Servers, printers, and Endpoints. • Hands on Citrix components, Windows servers, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Physical Servers, DNS, DHCP. • Familiarity with Citrix Xenapp Server 6.5 and XenApp & Xendesktop 7 and above • Working on Alerts when it breached the threshold like Session idle, Memory and processor usage is very high on Citrix servers, and server Hung issues. • Infra Validation
