I have worked for Shahi Exports Private Limited, a billion-dollar turnover apparel export company as a frontline manager for around 2 years. Shahi has been India’s largest apparel industry for European brands namely GAP,OLD NAVY,TCHIBO,C&A,H&M and much more. My job was involved in procurement of high spends categories such as fabrics, trims, accessories and awarding contracts to the suppliers. In-bound and out bound logistics integration and optimizing transport costs by analyzing the movements.

The main aim of the project was to streamline the production activity at the plant by applying lean techniques-MUDA (Waste Elimination), KAIZEN, One Piece flow.
