Purchasing materials on behalf of the business according to required technical specifications, price and, delivery schedule and terms Initiating purchase orders according to the purchase requisitions and standard procedures Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and updating price list , terms and conditions Identify critical paths and ensure action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost and delivery objectives. Organize and lead periodic Project Schedule Sessions.

Coordinate with project team to ensure the technical requirements for each products Aligning supplier orders with customer requirements Preparing RFQs and floating the inquiries to vendors Managing and categorized Vendor management system Evaluation of technical documents submitted with Quotations (MSDS, EX certificates , drawings etc) Commercial bid preparation and negotiating payment terms Issuing Purchase orders and ensuring the delivery of products on specified time
