My responsibilities include PLC programming and testing automatic machines, providing after sales technical support for the industrial automation industry, and working on PLC Schneider. Additionally, I prepare manuals for the functional analysis of machines during production.

I've designed the turbine impeller using Solidworks for the household Hydrogen cogenerator that produces green energy autonomously using Hydrogen gas without connections from external energy sources. Technical calculations have been performed for the impeller design with minimal input from the company. And CFD Simulation has been performed in Ansys for the analysis of water vapor flow, heat transfers, and pressure differences.

I specialize in establishing programs for the coordination of manufacturing activities, ensuring the smooth operation of production processes. I am proficient in operating and maintaining a range of machines, including Equilibrium Testing Machine, Hydraulic Compression Molding Press, CNC Machine, and Mechanical Brush Manufacturing Machines. I perform calibrations and precision markings for quality testing, guaranteeing that the output meets or exceeds the clients' expectations.

Acknowledged the aspects to analyze the hygroscopic aging effects of a CFRP material subjected to fatigue. The tests are inspired by the ASTM, which is the test characterizing the short-beam strength and the moisture absorption of CFRP aged in deionized water. Using Solidworks the design of the pre-preg is done.
