Working student in the High-Power Transformers team at TDK Electronics. Supporting magnetic component design, magnetic shunt investigations, FEMM-based analysis, and electrical/thermal testing of HV-HV and HV-LV transformer prototypes up to 11 kW, including prototype assembly and lab measurement preparation.

Research internship on an IPOP Dual Active Bridge converter with additional primary-side inductors. Analyzed multi-phase-shift modulation, derived operating modes, current waveforms, RMS currents and loss-related expressions, validated results in MATLAB/PLECS, and developed a control-oriented algorithm for loss-minimizing modulation.

Contributed to BMS-related electrical design in the TUfast Eco student solar car team. Worked on schematic capture and PCB layout for battery management system sections using Altium Designer and supported the electrical development of the vehicle’s battery system.

Electrical engineering internship focused on power electronics simulation. Simulated and analyzed a flyback DC-DC converter using LTspice and evaluated converter operation and component-level behavior.

Electrical engineering internship involving power supply and transformer analysis. Simulated a high-current power supply in MATLAB/Simulink, performed short-circuit and open-circuit transformer tests, used oscilloscopes for laboratory evaluation, and designed an inductor for specified requirements.

Focus areas: power electronics, converter analysis, control systems, and magnetic component design. Relevant projects: • 100 W Dual Active Half-Bridge isolated DC-DC converter: transformer design, leakage inductance optimization, and integration of series inductance into the transformer. • PV boost converter with MPPT: PLECS simulation and Perturb & Observe MPPT implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on power electronics and electrical systems. Relevant project: • 500 W phase-shifted full-bridge isolated DC-DC converter for battery charging applications, including transformer design and converter analysis.
