• Project Management - Being part of the team to follow a project with Rolls Royce for a particular part from the stage of Project initiation to the final production. • R&D - Perform FEM analysis for the same part and verify the results on prototypes before start of production. • Production operations - The projects dealt with increasing the Optimal Equipment Efficiency.

Learned the various techniques of mould making and fiberglass body fabrication. As part of the project, designed and fabricated parts for a project car (Car design Patented(India))

• Analysed the production process for the 5 main cars produced at the plant and suggested changes to further improve the production and relate processes. • Conducted a detailed study of the material storage and logistics for the production line and followed all the quality checks performed. • Was part of the campaign for the assembly of the first Mercedes Benz CLA to be assembled in India.
