Supervise Vendors/ Consultant activities during Development Period and review their technical report. Monitoring and review the Project Scheduling compare with Original Master Schedule / Detail Schedule BTS Commissioning for Antenna Systems and BTS (ZTE, Huawei, NSN & Ericsson) Microwave Comissioning and pointing. Supervise LoS Survey activities

Project survey, planning and estimation Inspect of installation / erection antenna systems & waveguide, check the network strength test report, Implementation Test Result Report and acceptance procedures

Review network structure design and supervision , inspect of site survey investigation , formwork and review business software application structure design and supervision and ensure the quality of work Supervise Vendors/ Consultant activities during Development Period and review their technical report
