Served as a key part of team under tutelage of Dr. Valerie Courgnaud and Dr. Jean-Luc Battini in Dr. Marc Sitbon's laboratory on use of genetic screens for identification and understanding of action mechanisms of a retroviral inhibitor induced by interferon: TRIM5-alpha. • Performed various molecular and cellular biology tasks. • Perfected Flow-cytometry. • Monitored and tracked data to present for review leveraging Microsoft Office Suite. • Met and exceeded all tasks assigned prior to dead-line.

Contributed as proactive/productive team member under tutelage of then PhD student Manuela Bieri in Dr. Silvio Hemmi’s laboratory on development of improved adenovirus cancer gene therapy vectors. Highlights of Key Accomplishments: • Started from scratch via studying basic cell-virus interactions of murine adenoviruses. • Aided in experimental design, hands on laboratory work, data analysis, and reporting.

Enhanced knowledge by working under tutelage of Dr. Franck Mennechet in Dr. Eric Kremer's laboratory on dendritic cells differentiation induced by adenovirus immune complexes.
